All packages are shipped via USPS! Each order will receive USPS Shipping updates once the item has been received by USPS. 

RETURNED MAIL: 

Any mail that’s returned to our company the customer will be responsible for paying shipping cost again. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim via USPS. Please contact youniqclothing13@gmail.com for any questions or concerns.

Due to COVID-19, ALL sales are final. For the safety of everyone, there will no longer be returns or exchanges, so please be sure of your sizes and read product descriptions for details on each item.
